...any questions for the mods? If so, you've come to the right place.

Hi. I noticed that although when you solve the practice piece it displays "solved", the next time you look at the practice piece there is no indication that you solved it.
It seems to also be the same for the rest of the master pieces. (IE the entered solution and the "solved" icon vanish after leaving and returning)
Can it be changed to retain the solution and solved icon (or at least the solved icon) for solved pieces, please?

Thanks for recommending ways that we can improve the player experience. We have been considering this issue and will forward your request to our programmer.

Apologies if this is in the news section, or elsewhere that I might have missed it, but are there plans to release a comprehensive answer key--not just to the puzzles on the masters' pages, but to the Master Pieces as well? I admit that I may have gotten a few through brute force (or dumb luck).

Absolutely. At some point after the contest phase of this project has been completed, we will provide a complete solution guide for all 52 Master Pieces and the hidden Grandmaster Key.

Small issue: on the Master Mathematician Bonus Challenge Clue (solution) it looks like the numbering for the two salary options are swapped.

Alex, you are correct...good catch. We will correct that when we get the chance.

Our outstanding programmer, Steven Cole, has updated the site in response to a request made in this thread. The "Solved" sign will now continue to appear next to a Master Piece that has previously been solved.

That's great... had noticed it earlier this evening (is just after 10:30pm for me)

There are two identical grids on page 108 (guilty verdict puzzle and scales of justice). Is this a mistake?

I think there are a couple of places where the grids are identical.... not necessarily a mistake (it could be), but for me it was useful information that helped solving some things.

Thanks for your question, Mr. E. You are very observant. While we did not originally intend for these two grids to be identical, it is not a mistake that requires any revision.
